I designed a 12-month leadership program to support first-time and seasoned managers. I leveraged industry-standard software to create and upload the SCORM package to the LMS. In this example, the package has theoretical lessons which are interactive. There are scenario-based questions, real-time feedback using ethical AI to respond to the student kindly and, of course, a knowledge check to reinforce learning. The lesson ensures students engage and answer questions before moving forward.
The bread and butter of eLearning design. This is the bare minimum for designing online content. I used HTML and CSS to create visually engaging content for the graphic design program. When it comes to the content, especially, I wrote scenario-based lessons and applied theory to real-world applications so students can retain the content by applying it to what they see every day.
This short introductory video immerses students in the world and theory of Business Math. This video is uploaded directly into a Learning Management System with SRT captions to enable closed captioning and video transcripts for AODA compliance.
I wrote the script and designed the multimedia for this video as part of Design Business, a Graphic Design course focused on preparing aspiring designers for the workplace. While the course emphasizes professional development within the creative industry, the principles of assertive communication extend far beyond design and are valuable skills that anyone can learn and apply in everyday life.
